Dr. Kurtis Waters is the lakes area’s only board certified facial plastic surgeon who has been practicing for more than 13 years.  Dr. Waters performed his undergraduate training at Concordia in Moorhead. After completing medical school he received post graduate residency training in Syracuse, New York.  He underwent fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in Minneapolis, MN.

Dr. Waters’ current practice encompasses all aspects of head and neck surgery. He has practiced in the lakes area since 1998. Dr. Waters understands that trust, communication, and the highest level of confidentiality are critical in the care of his patients.  His significant patient following and return of his patients time and time again speaks for itself.  Dr. Waters’ reputation alone draws patients to his facial plastic surgery practice in Baxter, MN.
